Prior to moving to the Rocky Mountains in 1991, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Elementary Education and then worked 15 years for a publisher of religious education materials in Nashville, TN. Since moving from Tennessee in 1991, I have beenblessed with an award-winning Real Estate career.  The mother of 3, my children attended private Christian schools in Steamboat Springs, CO, and Scottsdale, AZ.  My husband, Mark, is the funeral director at Grand County Mortuary.  We attend Winter Park Christian Church where we are the Coordinators of the Usher Ministry.

I was born in Arkansas, went to high school in Oklahoma City, married Marty in 1967, and received an Engineering Master’s Degree from Oklahoma State University (1970). I began my career with Conoco in Wyoming, Montana, Washington, and Oklahoma. Then I joined an engineering firm and worked on the Alaskan pipeline for 3 years. I accepted Christ while there at age 28. After returning to Houston, I joined a start-up company to acquire and operate aboveground storage tank facilities in 1980. I sold the company in 1997, and started up another similar company. I was active in a non-denominational Bible church in Texas until we moved to Colorado in 2006. I am SEMI-retired from the industry. I have 2 sons with families in the Denver area.

Stephanie Miller: Non-Voting Member

I was born in Simi Valley, California, spent my childhood in Washington state, and rounded out my teen years in the small town of Sutherland, Nebraska. I graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, (Go Huskers) with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in English. In addition to my education, I received Christ as well as a husband at UNL.  I worked as a child support caseworker until our daughter was born in 1993. I then stayed home with our 3 children, introducing them to (our own version of) classical education via homeschooling. We moved to Grand County in 2004.  I enthusiastically joined WPCS in its infancy. I helped develop the upper level humanities program and taught high school humanities, literature, drama, mock trial, senior thesis (and a host of other classes) during my first 7 years at the school. We moved back to Nebraska for 4 years where I worked as the executive director of a non-profit organization and as the volunteer/education director for a ministry serving homeless women. I also volunteered my time teaching writing, literature, and drama to homeschool students in our area.  In August 2015, God moved us back to Grand County, and I am privileged to teach literature & composition, rhetoric, and senior thesis to high school students at WPCS once again.

Larry delivers propane for Independent Propane and Micah works for Grand County in the Road and Bridge office. We are anxious to see how God will work through us to help WPCS grow and prosper.

Jack Dugwyler: Voting Member

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in History, I served as a public high school history teacher and coach, the past 23 years.  Picking up a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction and Principals License along the way, I enjoy filling a variety of responsibilities at Middle Park High School.  Prior to my teaching career, I worked 15 years in Christian Camping, serving various roles for camps in Washington, Idaho, Michigan and Colorado.  A joyous marriage to Nettie began in 2000 and the children, Rebecca, Jack and Julia continue to bless the Dugwyler family.  Re-committing my life to Christ in 2014, I currently serve as Ministry Leader of Celebrate Recovery Grand County in addition to volunteering at my favorite sheep-shed, Winter Park Christian Church.
